The second quarter of the year 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha was born into a sporting family in 1984. The siblings of her played various athletics, including skating and hockey. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was given her professional card for winning her first championship at NPC USA Championships 2014 She began to compete in 2008, but she started competing since 2008. In addition, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was ranked ninth. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and 2016 in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha was steadily improving since then has won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS The Phoenix Rising in 2020. The 4th position was her highest finish. But the "World's toughest mother" had to take a break due to her health.
